Our Providers...

Steven Lydaker, MD

Dr. Lyndaker, who was born in Watertown, NY, graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College.  He attended the University of Rochester for medical school, then completed his residency there in Internal Medicine.  He served an additional year in Rochester as Internal Medicine Chief Resident for the Primary Care Program before moving to Springfield, Massachusets to start an academic teaching practice for Baystate Medical Center.  Seven years later, he and his wife Shereen decided to return to the North Country to raise their children closer to family. Practicing in Lowville since 2001, he enjoys working in a small town where he knows his patients extremely well and feels a strong connection to the community.  Dr. Lyndaker is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Shereen Palmer, MD

Dr. Palmer graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College and earned her M.D. degree from University of Rochester, winning the Robert J. Haggerty Prize in Pediatrics at graduation.  Following her pediatric residency in Rochester, she served a year as Pediatric Chief Resident at Strong Memorial Hospital.  She worked as a primary care pediatrician in Western Massachusetts for seven years, until deciding to relocate to Lowville near her husband's family.  After taking time off to care for their children, she resumed practice in 2004, the only pediatrician at that time in Lewis County.  Dr. Palmer lives in Lowville with her husband Steve and five children, and loves practicing somewhere where she can watch her patients grow up, in and out of the office.  Dr. Palmer is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Mary Lou Feilmeier, MD

Dr. Feilmeier graduated summa cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa in 1985, then received her M.D. degree from University of Iowa College of Medicine where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society.  Following the completion of her pediatric residency in 1993, she worked as a pediatrician in Virginia and Pennsylvania, until settling in the North Country and joining the practice in 2007 when her family purchased a local farm.  She lives just outside of Lowville with her husband Marc and three children, and feels privileged to play a role in promoting each child's health.  Dr. Feilmeier is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Dyana Manning, RPA

Mrs. Manning graduated summa cum laude in 2009 from SUNY Upstate Medical University with a Bachelors degree in radiologic technology. While working as a dual certified technologist in the fields of MRI and radiology she found a true passion for patient care and desired a stronger role within her patients healthcare.  She then returned to SUNY Upstate Medical University where she received a Masters degree with high honors in physician assistant studies in 2013.  Loving her rural roots of Northern New York she decided to return home and join the practic shortly after graduation.  She lives locally with her husband James and is truly excited to be providing care to those of all ages within  her hometown community.  Mrs. Manning is NCCPA certified.

Linda Moser, ANP

Mrs. Moser graduated from the House of the Good Samaritan with a Dipolma in Nursing, and received a Bachelor's degree from SUNY institute of Technology in 1991. She has enjoyed the opportunities nursing has afforded, and has worked in Public Health, taught in the nursing program at Jefferson Community College and worked for over 20 years at Samaritan Medical Center in the intensive care unit. She returned to Syracuse University for her Master's degree in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner education, completing those studies in 1996. She had the privilege of working at Internal Medicine of NNY in Watertown for 18 years before joining Lowville Medical Associates. It is a treat to work closer to home, and get to know the people in my own community better. Mrs. Moser is Board Certified in Adult Primary Care.
